If you want to get back in shape or to shed some pounds before eid then make sure to follow this.
🔹Control your portions
You don’t have to cut everything out. Just eat mindfully and listen to your hunger cues.
🔹Increase protein intake
Keeps you full longer and supports muscle. Eat eggs, Greek yogurt, lentils or chicken at each meal.
🔹Hydrate yourself
Aim for 8-12 glasses of water daily. Sometimes thirst feels like hunger.
🔹Get proper 8 hrs sleep
Rest is when your body recovers and regulates hunger hormones. No sleep means more cravings.
🔹Avoid stress
High stress = high cortisol = more belly fat. Try 5 mins of deep breathing, walking or journaling.
🔹Include healthy snacks
Eat nuts, fruit or salads in snacks. So you don't binge later.
🔹Eat in balanced way
Fill half of your plate with veggies, ¼ protein, ¼ whole carbs and you are good to go.
🔹Move daily
Mix strength training + cardio.
