▪️Two-Days (3 & 4 Sept 2026) Refresher Training for Communication Staff
A two-days refresher training for Communication Staff was organized at Hotel Crown, Hyderabad. The training was facilitated by the ACO Aisha and CCO Irfan Ahmed, with fully arrangements and support from the Micro Merger representatives. The training was also supported and monitored by EOC Mentor SBC officer Saud Yaqoob.
* The training was conducted as per the approved agenda and covered various key communication-related topics, with practical demonstrations, examples, and interactive learning sessions.
* Key Topics covered during the training included:
* Communication strategies and key lessons learned.
* Practical demonstrations and examples related to communication interventions.
* Social profiling and the use of new SBCC tools.
* A dedicated session on the Communication Tracker App, facilitated by ICIMS Member Adil. Practical hands-on exercises were conducted on the mobile phones of all participating staff to strengthen their understanding and operational use of the application.
* A detailed session by the Micro Merger representative on consultancy terms and conditions, employment policies, and related organizational procedures.
* The training was highly interactive, with active participation from all staff members. The sessions provided an opportunity to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and practical capacity of Communication Staff for effective implementation of SBCC and communication activities SIAs campaigns.
* Overall, the training was successfully completed as planned, with 100% attendance and active participation of all Communication Staff.
