Visit to DHQ Hospital Joharabad Khushab Campus I , SPP 6 Doctors working in the night shift , DMS Night was present, 20 staff nurses present night shift in all wards , interviewed the patients attendants, satisfied with the services. Cleanliness was Satisfactory.

*CHI Registration Verification –Uc Botala*

A verification visit was conducted at Botala City to review the status and quality of CHI registration. The verification was carried out by *Dr. Rao Gulzar Yousaf, DHO (PS), DHA Khushab.*

During the visit, the registration process and available records were thoroughly reviewed. The registration work was found to be satisfactory, and the required registrations were properly completed and maintained.

The team was advised to ensure 100% accurate and complete registration, proper documentation, and timely updating of records for effective monitoring and follow-up.

Today *03-09-2026* , *Worthy Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz shoukat Ali paid a surprise visit to THQ hospital Noorpur thal in the Morning shift conducted with *Worthy Deputy Commissioner Khushab Dr jahanzaib Hussain Labbar .*Assistant commissioner Noorpur thal Madam Shazia Rehman and *Medical Superintendent Surgeon Dr Amir Umar* to assess the hospital services and patient care.
He visited different departments of the hospital and inquired from patients about services delivery ,Doctors & staff behaviour and medicine availability.He expressed his *satisfaction* over patients *CARE* and Services provided to them.💐✨.
