Day 5 - Visit of ZABTech Skill Development
Visited ZABTech Skill Development Center, Sanghar. Interacted with beneficiaries and ZABTech team regarding training delivery and administrative arrangements. Women participants demonstrated clear intent to translate acquired skills into income-generating activities, with several already planning business start-ups. Overall center management and training environment found well-organized and supportive.

Day 4 field visit: Visited ZABTech Skill Development Center at Kotdiji. Two batches of women beneficiaries were receiving vocational skills training. Participants were engaged and showed good interest. However, certain administrative aspects were not up to the required standards, which has been communicated to the concerned management for necessary compliance.

Visited Akhuwat's Interest Free Loan Activity ,meet with beneficiaries and field team. Client selection process found strong, genuinely needy and skilled women have been identified, effectively utilizing loans for business enhancement. Selection criteria is being strictly followed. Overall implementation remains on track with positive field feedback.

Update – Field Visit – Skill Development Activity
Visited the skill development center of ZABTech (iTVE) at Azam Basti Karachi and interacted with ZABTech Staff, and Beneficiaries of skill development training. ZABTech Management and trainer were qualified and experienced, whereas beneficiaries showed strong interest in their selected trades. Training center environment was clean and conducive for learning.

Coordination was facilitated between ZABTech and Akhuwat Islamic Microfinance. Akhuwat representative visited training center and briefed about the availability of Interest free loan facility for skilled women expanding small businesses as well as training graduates starting new ventures.
