**on 15th July DO pphi UMERKOT**
A team from the Project Management Unit (PMU) led by dty PD Mr sarmad shaikh,accompnied by Engr Sajjad Ali DoH,Engr SaeedAhmed DoH,.Also team of OCL (EDSQA) team G.hussain,ARE Mr Rohitkumar ,ARE A.Haleen,jointlyvisited the PPHI District Office umerkt and RHC Mahander Jo Par to assess the existing infrastructure and finalize the implementation strategy for the proposed demolition and reconstruction works.
During the visit, the team conducted a detailed inspection of the existing building structures, reviewed the approved architectural and engineering plans, and assessed the feasibility of executing the project Discussions were held with district management and relevant technical staff regarding site conditions, project timelines, safety measures, and operational arrangements during the construction phase.

The PMU team finalized the preliminary strategy for demolition and reconstruction in accordance with the approved project design and implementation framework funded by the World Bank .

The visit concluded with clear directions for initiating the pre-construction activities, ensuring close coordination among PMU, PPHI district management, consultants, and contractors for the successful completion of the project within the stipulated timeframe.

A progress review meeting was conducted under the chairpersonship of the Honourable Minister for Health & Population, Government of Sindh. The Honourable Minister appreciated the overall progress of the work, particularly the current dashboard presentation, which effectively reflects the actual progress of the ongoing contracts of the program.
