This one is for everyone who messaged me yesterday asking for weight loss and fitness tips. While it is very important to stay healthy, it is more important to have the foundations right.

Your reason to losing weight should be to maintain health & wellness. It should not be targeted under societal pressures and acceptance myths.

Your identity is not your body. Your identity is WHO YOU ARE FROM INSIDE. Your body is only a carrier of you. 🚗

Everyday, clients come & sit on this couch. Sometimes in my memory, there’s a time lapse of them. One face transitioning into the other. Each one facing different things in life. And then the body postures change with time. Heads rising up, shoulders expanding, eye contacts being made, smiles coming in. It’s not just a client’s journey, it is my journey as well. Like a story taking turns, ending on happy notes…
