Zilhajj 1447 - A Month of Surrender and Steadfastness

As the crescent of Zilhajj appears, we are called once again to reflect on the profound meaning of submission and divine purpose. This sacred month stands as a testament to trust in a plan far greater than our own. Hajj, the ultimate expression of surrender to Allah's will, brings millions together—shedding all worldly distinctions, standing equal before their Creator.

In every era, there are those who endure hardship with quiet dignity, holding firm to their principles while the world watches. Across the region, nations have faced immense pressure, yet the people of Iran, in particular, have shown a remarkable resilience—steadfast in their values, unwavering in their faith, and unbroken in spirit despite the weight of global expectation. Their strength is a reminder that true victory is not always measured by immediate outcomes, but by the courage to remain upright when it is easier to bend.

Allah SWT declares in the Quran: "And complete the Hajj and Umrah for Allah" (2:196). These words remind us that completion requires not just ritual, but resolve. The trials faced by our brothers and sisters in the region mirror the journey of faith itself—a test of patience, loyalty, and trust in divine justice. Just as a believer places their hope in Allah alone, entire nations continue to place their trust in Him, knowing that ultimate justice belongs to no earthly power.

The first ten days of Zilhajj are the most virtuous of the year. Let us fast, pray, and seek forgiveness, drawing strength from the quiet resilience of those who withstand adversity with grace. For just as Hajj purifies the soul, hardship purifies the spirit of a people, reminding us that true victory lies in submission to Allah's will.

The second floor of our Radiology building at PAF -JPMC. There are two state of the Art Mammography machines plus a Dexa scan facility and as always There is No Cash counter and Zero charges for all facilities. The civil works for this floor was gifted by Nayyar and Yaqoob Ahmed and the Equipment donated by the Government of Sindh and the IBA class of 1993.
Please avail this noble life saving service at PAF-JPMC and donate freely.

*A Landmark in Free Cancer Care*

The Cyberknife and Tomotherapy Centre at JPMC Karachi is one of the world’s largest and most advanced facilities, and the only one offering both treatments entirely free. Equipped with multiple CyberKnife and TomoTherapy units, it serves patients from over 160 Pakistani cities and 16 countries, supported by the Patients' Aid Foundation and the Sindh Government.

The Sardar Yasin Malik Medical Complex, a visionary 12-storey facility set to rise at JPMC, represents a transformative leap in healthcare excellence. With a capacity of 545 beds, this state-of-the-art complex will ensure that no patient is ever turned away, embodying JPMC’s unwavering commitment to service.

Spanning 500,000 square feet, the complex will feature:
- A dedicated floor for specialized clinics, offering cutting-edge diagnostics and treatment.
- A comprehensive dermatology unit addressing complex skin conditions.
- An advanced interventional unit equipped with endoscopy and minimally invasive surgical capabilities.

This monumental project has been made possible through the extraordinary generosity of Sardar Yasin Malik, Shabaz Malik, Shahid Malik, and their family. Their philanthropic leadership reflects a profound dedication to uplifting communities and advancing medical care for generations to come.

Our new lecture hall—a 275-seat, cutting edge auditorium—has taken place. This top-tier facility, generously donated by Dr. Umar and Munezeh Umar and their family, is located on the 7th floor of our Surgical Complex.

Designed with aesthetic excellence, the auditorium stands as a "top of the world" addition to our institution. InshaAllah, it will serve as a venue for a diverse range of events, furthering our mission with grace and purpose.
