‎So this patient in her early 30s showed up in my practice, had a sinus formation in upper right central incisor and mobile canine to canine PFM bridges in both arches.Had betel nut history previously but the damage has been done in the form of (OSF) Oral Submucous Fibrosis.

‎Impressions were bit challenging; however, the patient listened to my advice which was 1.5 month prior to start exercises for better mouth opening.
‎
‎Anyway, I did the endo, triple antibiotics dressing, then eventually after 18 days completed the endo and move foward towards prosthesis.
‎
‎I was adamant for re-endo and build-ups in the lower arch because of the poor prognosis of all 4 incisors but she was not willing for more extensive procedure.

She were told that the mandibular bridge was basically supported by the canines and her inciors might be problematic for her in future.
‎I extended the crown preps sub-gingivally and the main magic was done by the lab.

‎This case was difficult because of Oral Submucous Fibrosis along with deep bite and microdontia and of course less retention in lower anteriors.Though i love how it turned out.
