Qurbani ka gosht aur maiday ki tezabiyat?
🤔🍖 Eid ke baad aksar log pait phoolna, gas aur acidity ka shikar ho jate hain. Zyada gosht khanay se hazma slow ho jata hai, jis se pait bhaari, jalan aur discomfort hota hai. Is liye aitdaal zaroori hai! Apni diet mein salad 🥗, dahi 🥣 aur pani 💧 shamil karein. Khane ke baad halki walk 🚶♂️ bhi hazme ko behtar banati hai.
