Federal government employees have already been granted the Disparity Reduction Allowance (DRA),
while employees of the provincial governments — especially nurses — have been deprived of it.
This discriminatory attitude is sheer injustice!
We strongly demand from all relevant authorities:
✅ All provincial nurses should also be granted DRA as per the federal model
✅ Equal facilities must be provided across the board
✅ Immediate issuance of the DRA notification
✅ Financial security must be ensured for nurses so they can continue to serve humanity effectively
Nurses are not just the backbone of the healthcare sector — they are the backbone of the state.
Give them their rightful due!
