What is Life?

Life is not just the number of years we live,
but the moments that shape our hearts.

It is a journey of tests and blessings,
of patience in hardship and gratitude in ease.

Life is not about having everything,
but about finding peace in what Allah has written for us.

Sometimes it feels heavy,
sometimes it feels beautiful—
yet every moment carries a purpose.

Allah reminds us:
“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155)

Life is a trust.
A chance to grow, to forgive, to love, and to return to Allah with a heart that is content.

In the end, life is not about perfection—
it is about direction…
a journey back to our Creator.

Deep meditation brings the mind back to stillness.
In silence, thoughts slow down, emotions settle, and clarity begins to appear.

A calm mind is not the absence of problems —
it is the strength to face them without panic.

When you sit quietly:
• Breathing becomes gentle
• Heart rate slows
• Stress hormones decrease
• Focus improves
• Emotional reactions soften

Even a few minutes daily can:
✨ Reduce anxiety
✨ Improve sleep
✨ Increase patience
✨ Enhance decision-making
✨ Bring inner peace

Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let your mind rest.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is be still.

Evening Fever — Don’t Ignore It

A fever that appears daily in the evening is not always harmless. It may be a sign of an underlying condition that needs attention.

Common Causes:
• Viral infections
• Tuberculosis (TB)
• Urinary tract infection
• Typhoid
• Malaria (in endemic areas)
• Autoimmune diseases
• Chronic infections
• Certain cancers (rare but important to rule out)
• Drug-related fever

Warning Signs to Watch:
• Fever persisting more than 5–7 days
• Night sweats
• Unexplained weight loss
• Persistent cough
• Weakness and fatigue
• Loss of appetite

What You Should Do:
• Check and record temperature daily 📋
• Stay well hydrated 💧
• Take adequate rest 🛌
• Use paracetamol if needed (as advised)
• Avoid self-medication with antibiotics ❌
• Consult a doctor if fever continues beyond a few days

Investigations May Include:
CBC, ESR/CRP, Urine R/E, Chest X-ray, Blood cultures, Malaria/Typhoid tests (as guided by doctor)

Early evaluation helps diagnose and treat the cause in time. Don’t ignore a recurring evening fever.

Sometimes we hold on to material things,
calling them a “yadgaar”…

But the true legacy of our elders
is not in walls — it is in relationships.

A house may remain,
yet hearts can drift apart.
But when love, respect, and care stay alive,
memories never fade.

A building can collapse,
but unity keeps generations connected.

Let us value blood relationships
over material attachments,
because the most beautiful yadgaar
is a family that stays together with love. 🤍

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together
and do not become divided…”
(Qur’an 3:103

When Blood Becomes “Thick” – What Does It Mean?

“Thick blood” usually refers to increased blood viscosity or conditions that increase the risk of clot formation. This can affect blood flow and may lead to serious complications if not managed properly.

Possible Symptoms:
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Blurred vision
• Fatigue
• Numbness or tingling
• High blood pressure
• Shortness of breath
• Redness of face or skin
• Burning sensation in hands or feet

Possible Consequences:
⚠️ Blood clots
⚠️ Stroke
⚠️ Heart attack
⚠️ Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
⚠️ Pulmonary embolism
⚠️ Poor circulation
⚠️ Organ damage (rare but serious)

Risk Factors:
• Dehydration
• Smoking
• Obesity
• High cholesterol
• Diabetes
• Sedentary lifestyle
• Polycythemia (high RBC count)
• Hormonal therapy / OCP use
• Pregnancy
• Certain genetic clotting disorders
• Chronic inflammation

How to Keep an Eye On:
✔️ Persistent headache or dizziness
✔️ Leg pain or swelling
✔️ Chest pain or breathlessness
✔️ Recurrent miscarriages (in some clotting disorders)
✔️ Family history of clots

Investigations (If Needed):
• Complete blood count (CBC)
• Hematocrit level
• Lipid profile
• Blood sugar
• Coagulation profile (PT, aPTT)
• D-dimer (if clot suspected)
• Thrombophilia screening (selected cases)

Management & Prevention:
✔️ Drink adequate water
✔️ Regular physical activity
✔️ Maintain healthy weight
✔️ Stop smoking
✔️ Control diabetes & cholesterol
✔️ Avoid prolonged sitting
✔️ Compression stockings (if advised)
✔️ Blood thinners (only if prescribed)
✔️ Treat underlying cause

🌸 “Thick blood” is manageable, but ignoring symptoms may increase risk of clotting.
Consult a doctor for evaluation

Inner beauty reflects on the face.

A calm heart shows in gentle eyes,
a pure soul appears in a sincere smile,
and kindness is visible in actions.

Outer beauty may attract for a moment,
but jealousy, anger, and harsh reactions
slowly appear on the face and in behavior.

True beauty is not what we wear —
it is what we carry in our hearts.
Inner beauty brings calmness, respect, and peace. 🤍

Always keep two doors open in your heart:

One for accepting your mistakes,
and one for having the courage to forgive others.

Acceptance brings humility,
forgiveness brings peace,
and together they create calm behavior and happiness.

A peaceful heart lives a beautiful life.
