There’s no festival that’s complete without live music and performances; they bring people together in the same space and demand them to be fully present.

Some of our favourite moments happened to be near the stage as people pulled up chairs, sat against the wall, and stood in clusters with their friends - the joy was infectious! As a wellness festival centered around community, these performances gave us plenty of moments where that spirit truly came alive.

Thank you for showing up with such warmth and energy - seeing everyone enjoy themselves was easily one of the best parts for us. 💛✨

At Kiva Square, one of our key focus was on creating spaces where children and adults alike could learn, create and participate in interesting activities. This ranged from practising composting and seed-ball making with , mapping your magic memories in Karachi with to screen printing with and art activities by and .

We were also mindful of making Kiva Square welcoming for families. With a dedicated Game Zone and Daycare, parents could take a moment for themselves and attend some of the wellness sessions, knowing their children had spaces of their own to explore and enjoy.

Curated with intention, we wanted to ensure there’s something for everyone; something new that goes beyond food (which Karachi is famous for!) and consumption, and focused more on creation. This could only be possible because of our Activity Partners; thank you for coming onboard and helping us pull this off so wonderfully - we hope you had an equally good time interacting with our audience! 💛🎨🪴

When you are part of a community, it is our collective duty to ensure that people in our communities are well-supported and equipped - to get there, the first step is to begin a conversation.

Our panel discussions were thoughtfully curated with that intention in mind; a platform to reflect how we are doing things, why we are doing them, and how we can do better. Engaging with complicated ideas is how we can move towards a collective wellbeing.

We are so thankful to our panelists and moderators for coming onboard for Kiva Square! If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have gotten such diverse perspectives from people who are actively working towards the betterment of our communities. They opened up conversations that we often think about solitarily but lack the means or resources to do much.

And, as we are finding out, starting somewhere is the least you can do. You might be surprised at how many like-minded people you might come across. 💛

For Kiva Square 2.0, our focus was on community; giving back to it and incorporating different communities in our festival, while supporting and uplifting each other. After all, wellness isn’t a solitary concept - it is for yourself, your environment and the people around you.

Kiran Gali, set up by , was our small effort to bring a piece of Lyari to the mainstream city. To enjoy their cultural breakfast, partake in their creative endeavours, engage with them and their craft, and have the opportunity to witness their festive spirit.

We are grateful to the incredible team at Kiran Foundation for taking over our Gali and showing us a glimpse of what goes on in Lyari. We were absolutely amazed by the entire showcase and clearly, our audience thought the same considering how the craft vendors were sold out before we were even halfway done! 👏

To appreciate and honour the work Kiran Foundation is doing in Lyari, 50% of all ticket proceeds from Kiva Square were donated to Kiran Foundation so more marginalised and talented communities come to the forefront, and make Karachi richer and diverse in its true form. 💛

To everyone who showed up for Kiva Square 2026; thank you. 💛

On a Sunday - a day meant for rest, slow mornings, and quiet, you chose to step out and spend your time with us. You wandered through our spaces, paused for check-ins, joined sessions, tried something new, and most importantly, shared your energy so generously.

Wellness is never just about activities or spaces; it’s about people. It’s about conversations between strangers, mindful moments shared on yoga mats, and the tender feeling of community coming alive. You made that happen.

Thank you for showing up with open hearts; for celebrating wellness with us. Thank you for making Kiva Square feel exactly the way it was meant to feel; warm, connected, and full of life.

Kiva Square is a space for all ages, and that includes kids too! Our children’s wellness sessions help young ones explore emotions and learn how to express themselves through playful activities, storytelling, and wellness sessions. 🌈✨

Plus, there are special performances just for kids; dances, theatre, and music to spark imagination and joy throughout the day. 🎭🎶
