*PHSS Successfully Concludes Seminar on Stress Management*

Alhamdulillah! The Pharma Health Sciences Society (PHSS) successfully concluded a highly insightful seminar on *"Stress Management in Health Care Professional Students"* today at *Ahmad Medical Institute, Peshawar.*

We were honored to have *Hafiza Malaika Sahiba, Clinical Psychologist at KTH Hospital*, as our Guest Speaker. She delivered a remarkable and engaging session on practical, psychological, and spiritual strategies to cope with academic and clinical stress.

A special motivational session was conducted by *Dr. Amir Khattak, RPh (Founder & President, PHSS)*, who highlighted the importance of mental well-being for future healthcare professionals.

We sincerely thank the management of Ahmad Medical Institute, our guest speaker, all faculty members, and the students for their active participation which made this event a great success.

Pharma Health Sciences Society (PHSS) Successfully Concludes Seminar on "Healing the Healers: Mental Health in Healthcare Professional Students"*

Peshawar, -* The Pharma Health Sciences Society (PHSS) successfully organized an insightful and much-needed seminar titled "Healing the Healers: Mental Health in Healthcare Professional Students"* at the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS), Peshawar.[Date]

The session was graced by our esteemed guest speaker, *Dr. Abid Usman, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH)*, who delivered a comprehensive and engaging talk on the growing mental health challenges faced by healthcare students, including stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression. He emphasized the importance of early recognition, seeking help, and building resilience during professional training.

The seminar commenced with an introductory speech by *Dr. Amir Khattak, RPh, Founder of PHSS*. He highlighted the aim and objectives of PHSS and underscored why mental health awareness is a cornerstone for future healthcare professionals. "We cannot heal others if we are not healed ourselves," he stated.
