WMDC Representation at RMI H.E.A.L. Summit β 5th & 6th June 2026
Women Medical & Dental College (WMDC) proudly participated in the Healthcare, Education, AI and Leadership (H.E.A.L.) Summit 2026, organized by Rehman Medical Institute on 6th June 2026.
Representing WMDC were Dr. M. Abdullah Qazi (BDS, MMEd, PhD), Assistant Director & Assistant Professor Medical Education, WMDC; Dr. Saman Omair, Curriculum Lead, Women Dental College (WDC); and Mr. Daniyal, Academic Coordinator, WDC.
The summit brought together educators, clinicians, medical educationists, policymakers, and healthcare leaders from across Pakistan to engage in meaningful dialogue on artificial intelligence, equity, leadership, and the future of healthcare and health professions education.
A notable highlight of the event was the panel discussion on βSocial Accountability in the AI Era,β in which Dr. M. Abdullah Qazi participated as a panelist alongside distinguished national experts. The discussion explored the evolving role of social accountability in healthcare and medical education amidst rapid technological advancement and the increasing integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare systems.
The event was graced by Faisal Karim Kundi, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who presented commemorative shields to the speakers and panelists in recognition of their valuable contributions.
