Alhamdulillah! Two surgical cases were successfully managed today at DHQ Hospital Dassu, Upper Kohistan.
🔹 Case 1: Enteric Perforation
Lower midline laparotomy with loop ileostomy formation was performed.
🔹 Case 2: Acute Appendicitis
Open appendectomy was performed successfully.
Alhamdulillah, both patients are stable and have been shifted to the ward for further observation and postoperative care.
