💪 Golfer’s Elbow Stretches – Part 6
Forearm tightness, inner elbow pain, grip weakness, or discomfort during lifting and daily activities can be signs of golfer’s elbow ⚠️
These gentle stretches may help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, and support better forearm mobility ✨
✅ Wrist Flexor Stretch — 10 reps
✅ Reverse Prayer Stretch — 10 reps
✅ Finger Flexor Stretch — 10 reps
✅ Towel Twist Stretch — 10 reps
🕒 Hold each stretch for: 7 seconds
🔁 Repeat: 1 set
