Used by Males & Co Timings
π 2:00 PM β 2:00 AM (Before Sehri)
πββοΈ Cardio Floor
π Ladies Only: 2:00 PM β 9:00 PM
π€ Co Timings: After 9:00 PM
After 9 PM, both floors (Cardio + Strength) will operate in Co Timings for everyone.
