🧠 MENINGOCELE IN CHILDREN — پیدائشی کمر کا پھوڑا

Meningocele (میننگوسیل) ایک پیدائشی بیماری ہے جس میں ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے پردے کمر کی ہڈی میں موجود ایک خلا سے باہر نکل کر ایک تھیلی نما ابھار بنا دیتے ہیں۔

👶 پیدائشی کمر کا پھوڑا نظر آئے تو اسے معمولی نہ سمجھیں۔ بچے کا بروقت معائنہ اور ماہر Pediatric Surgeon سے مشورہ ضروری ہے تاکہ مناسب تشخیص اور علاج کا بروقت فیصلہ کیا جا سکے۔

🌿 FOLIC ACID — بچے کی صحت مند نشوونما کے لیے اہم

حمل ٹھہرنے سے پہلے اور حمل کے ابتدائی ہفتوں میں مناسب مقدار میں Folic Acid (فولک ایسڈ) استعمال کرنے سے Neural Tube Defects، جن میں Spina Bifida بھی شامل ہے، کے خطرے کو کم کرنے میں مدد ملتی ہے۔
