Honored to have participated as a panelist at the 8th International Conference on Generational Transitions: Emerging Psychological Practices, organized by the School of Professional Psychology (SPP), UMT.
I had the privilege of contributing to the panel discussion "Silence to Sharing", where we explored the importance of creating safe spaces for dialogue, mental health awareness, and psychological well-being across generations.
Grateful to the organizers Specially Dr Haziq Mehmood and whole Faculty UMT SPP - School of Professional Psychology for bringing together distinguished professionals, researchers, and practitioners to exchange insights and foster meaningful conversations on emerging psychological practices.
Looking forward to continuing efforts that promote mental health advocacy, resilience, and open communication in our communities.
