Eid se pehle rapid weight loss ke liye sab se pehli cheez:
Stop trying to “eat less all day.”
Because jab aap bohat zyada restrict karte ho, cravings aur overeating aur zyada hoti hai.

Agar aap realistically 3–4kg lose karna chahte ho before Eid, focus on these 5 things:

1. Protein har meal mein add karo
Eggs, chicken, yogurt, daal, paneer — protein aapko full rakhta hai aur fat loss support karta hai.

2. Sugar drinks aur bakery items temporarily cut karo
Cold drinks, chai with extra sugar, biscuits, cakes… yeh hidden calories hoti hain.

3. Roz 8–10k steps
Aapko fancy gym ki zarurat nahi. Walking alone can change your body within weeks.

4. Dinner light rakho
Heavy late-night meals = bloating + slow fat loss.
Try: protein + vegetables + controlled carbs.

5. Sleep before 12am
Poor sleep increases cravings, insulin resistance, and PCOS symptoms too.

Aur yaad rakho:
3–4kg loss sirf scale ka number nahi hota — bloating kam hoti hai, face slim lagta hai, energy improve hoti hai, clothes better fit hote hain.

Most girls wait until they want a baby to take PCOS seriously.
But the truth is: your 20s are the BEST time to manage it naturally and prevent complications later.

Here’s what to focus on before fertility becomes urgent👇

• Insulin resistance
Even lean girls with PCOS can have insulin resistance. It increases cravings, belly fat, irregular periods & future infertility risk.
Focus on balanced meals, protein, fiber & daily movement.

• Regular ovulation > just regular periods
A monthly bleed doesn’t always mean healthy ovulation. Your hormones need support through proper nutrition, sleep & stress management.

• Muscle building
Strength training 3–4x/week improves insulin sensitivity, metabolism & hormone balance better than endless cardio.

• Micronutrient deficiencies
Vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3, iron & B12 deficiencies are common in PCOS and can worsen fatigue, hair fall & cycle issues.

• Stress & cortisol
