ڈریپ کی بھرتیوں میں بدانتظامی: عوامی احتجاج اور کڑے سوالات

ڈرگ ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی آف پاکستان (DRAP) کی جانب سے جاری نوٹیفکیشن کے تحت بھرتی کے اشتہارات 01/2024، 02/2024 اور 01/2025 کو یکسر منسوخ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اس اچانک اور غیر متوقع فیصلے نے ہزاروں امیدواروں کو شدید صدمے، غصے اور مایوسی میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے۔ بھرتی کا عمل 2023 میں شروع ہوا تھا، جس میں امیدوار تحریری امتحانات دے چکے تھے، دستاویزات جمع کروا چکے تھے اور انٹرویوز کے مرحلے تک پہنچ چکے تھے۔ پالیسی بورڈ کی منظوری کے باوجود، 30 جولائی کو انٹرویوز آخری لمحے میں ملتوی کر دیے گئے تھے، اور **آج 16 جنوری کو DRAP میں تمام بھرتیاں مکمل طور پر منسوخ کر دی گئی ہیں**۔

اب سب سے بڑا سوال یہ ہے:
اس فیصلے کا ذمہ دار کون ہے؟
کیا یہ DRAP کی نااہلی ہے؟
کیا وزارتِ صحت کی بدانتظامی ہے؟
یا پھر وقت کی حکومت کی غلط پالیسیوں کا نتیجہ ہے؟

اور سب سے اہم سوال:
س اچانک منسوخی سے فائدہ کس کو ہوا؟
یہ فیصلہ شفافیت کے بجائے ایک بہت بڑا سوالیہ نشان چھوڑ گیا ہے کہ آخر یہ نااہلی کس کی ہے؟

اہم حقائق (جو پہلے ہی ہو چکے ہیں):

* امیدواروں کی محنت، وقت، پیسہ، تیاری اور امیدیں ضائع ہو چکی ہیں۔
* تحریری امتحانات، دستاویزات کی تکمیل اور انٹرویو کی تیاری بے مقصد ہو چکی ہے۔
* متعدد امیدوار عمر کی بالائی حد کے قریب پہنچ چکے تھے اور اب بھرتی کے اہل نہیں رہیں گے۔
* ڈریپ میں اہم اور ذمہ دار عہدے طویل عرصے سے خالی پڑے رہے ہیں۔
* تقریباً 90 سے 100 کلیدی اسامیاں پچھلے ایک سال سے پر نہیں کی جا سکیں، جس کے باعث پاکستان کے WHO GBM لیول-3 جیسے اہم قومی اہداف خطرے میں پڑ چکے ہیں۔

یہ کوئی عام فیصلہ نہیں، یہ ایک پوری نسل کی امیدوں کو توڑنے کا عمل ہے۔ آج کے نوجوان مایوس ہو چکے ہیں، خود کو نظرانداز شدہ محسوس کر رہے ہیں، اور بہت سے نوجوان ملک چھوڑنے پر مجبور ہو چکے ہیں—کیونکہ یہ بھرتی ان کے لیے آخری سہارا بن چکی تھی۔

آخر نوجوانوں کی کیا غلطی تھی؟
جنہوں نے ایمانداری سے امتحانات دیے،
جنہوں نے وقت لگایا، پیسہ خرچ کیا،
اور جنہوں نے صرف ایک منصفانہ موقع پر یقین رکھا
ان کا قصور کیا تھا؟

ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس منسوخی کی فوری وضاحت کی جائے، ذمہ داران کا تعین کیا جائے، اور بھرتی کے عمل کو شفاف انداز میں بحال کیا جائے۔ میڈیا، سول سوسائٹی اور عوام سے اپیل ہے کہ وہ اس ناانصافی پر خاموش نہ رہیں، کیونکہ آج اگر نوجوان خاموش ہو گیا تو کل ملک خالی ہو جائے ۔
