Chaman 12.05.2026: The Balochistan Healthcare Commission (BHCC) team conducted an official visit to Chaman to strengthen regulatory compliance, healthcare quality assurance, and implementation of the BHCC Act and Regulations.

Key activities during the visit included:

Coordination Meeting: A detailed coordination and orientation meeting was held with ADC Mr. Fida Baloch, DHO Dr. Naveed Badini, MS THQ Dr. Awais, and DM PPHI Mr. Muhammad Akram. The meeting focused on the mandates of BHCC, implementation of the BHCC Act 2019, and Licensing & Anti-Quackery Regulations.

DHQ Hospital Inspections: The team visited various units of both Old and New DHQ Hospitals to assess compliance with BHCC Regulations and healthcare standards.

Visit to NGO-Based Healthcare Establishment
An NGO-operated healthcare establishment was inspected, and notice for registration with BHCC was issued in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Visit to Poly Clinic: The team inspected a Poly Clinic where penalties were imposed due to non-registration with BHCC.

Laboratory Enforcement Action: During inspection of the same Poly Clinic Laboratory, penalties were imposed along with stoppage of services as per BHCC Regulations due to regulatory violations.

Visit to Doctor Hospital & Baloch Khan Hospital
The BHCC team, along with officials from Health Card and State Life Insurance, visited Doctor Hospital and Baloch Khan Hospital. Detailed orientation regarding Key Patient Safety Area (KPSA) compliance and BHCC regulatory requirements was delivered to the hospital administration, followed by physical verification of registration status.

Quetta 12.05.2026: The Balochistan Healthcare Commission (BHCC) team conducted inspection visits in the areas of Sirki Road, Akhtar Muhammad Road, and Faqeer Muhammad Road, Quetta.

During the operation, the enforcement team inspected 07 General Practitioner (GP) Clinics and 01 Dental Clinic.

Following the inspections, Notices were issued to 02 GP Clinics on account of Unregistration with BHCC, Lack of Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) SOPs and Non-compliance with BHCC Rules & Regulations

BHCC remains committed to ensuring quality healthcare services, patient safety, and elimination of quackery across Balochistan under the provisions of the Balochistan Healthcare Commission Act, 2019.

City International Hospital: Laboratory and Nursery were inspected. The management was informed of the observed deficiencies and advised for corrective measures.

Mideast Hospital: Emergency, Laboratory, NICU, HDU, and ICU were inspected. The management was directed to address the identified deficiencies on an urgent basis.

Alkhair Hospital: Emergency, Operation Theatre (OT), and Nursery were inspected. All issues were highlighted with clear instructions for immediate compliance.
