Honoring the Backbone of Healthcare: International Nurses Day 2026 at Pakistan Railways Hospital (IIMCT PRH)

On 22nd May 2026, Riphah Healthcare Services (RHS) Nursing Services paid tribute to all nurses whose unwavering commitment, resilience, and empathy continue to inspire the healthcare community and society at large.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Omer Awab Khan (MD RHS), who honored the distinguished guests and audience with his gracious remarks. The Senior Manager Nursing led the detailed introduction of the guests and panelists and moderated the panel discussion on “How Nursing Leadership Improves Patient Outcomes.”
The senior management RHS (MD & DDH) along with Dr. Omer Akram COO PRH, Dr. Sikandar Shehzad (COO MHH), Dr. Muhammad Asad (ACCO PRH), and Dr. Sameera Ahmad (DMS RIH), honored the distinguished guests and nursing professionals with shields and certificates in recognition of their valuable contributions. Dr. Ali Tahir Rana delivered the closing remarks, highlighting the significant role of nurses in patient care and healthcare outcomes.
The celebration concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony commemorating International Nurses Day 2026.
