The scale is one of the poorest ways to track your progress because it doesn’t reflect everything your body is going through.

Your weight can fluctuate due to water retention, hormones, muscle gain, stress, sleep, and so many other factors. That’s why the number on the scale doesn’t always tell the full story.

So stop letting the scale define your progress or make you doubt yourself. Instead, pay attention to:
• How your clothes fit
• Your progress pictures
• Your energy levels
• Your body measurements/inches
• Your strength and confidence

These are much better indicators of real progress
