A young male patient visited Shifa Open MRI today, who was advised an RUG (Retrograde Urethrogram) procedure by his doctor. Someone had previously referred him to an unauthorized center for the X-ray, where the technician was unqualified and, in my opinion, lacked any relevant degree or diploma. That technician caused severe internal trauma to the patient. When the patient later came to (Shifa Open MRI) and I performed the RUG X-ray, he was highly satisfied and told me that I did it excellently without causing him any further pain."
