Today’s CARD OF THE WEEK 25.05 – 31.05
✨ ALGIZ RUNE ✨

I feel that this rune is coming this week to people who are tired of constant tension, control, and living in a state of “always being on guard.”

To those who constantly feel they must be careful, predict everything, stay strong, handle it all, and never disappoint anyone.

Algiz is a rune of protection.
But its message does not say: “close yourself off,” “hide,” or “defend yourself from the world.”

Quite the opposite.
It says: Your greatest protection is being in alignment with yourself.
If you have been doing things against yourself for a long time, your body may already be showing tension, exhaustion, anxiety, or mental chaos.

Because when we live too long disconnected from who we truly are — we lose touch with our direction.

This rune reminds you:
✨ slow down
✨ notice where you are running away from yourself
✨ stop fighting your emotions
✨ do not make decisions from fear

I strongly feel the energy here of people who: – are in relationships but constantly fear rejection
– work beyond their limits because they fear insecurity
– always feel they “must do something” to feel worthy
– suppress anger and sadness to keep peace around them
– feel they are standing at a crossroads and don’t know which way to go.

Algiz says: Do not choose what gives temporary control.
Choose what allows your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your heart to feel more peace.

This is a very important direction for this week.
If you need to make a decision — do not only ask:
“What should I do?”
But instead: “Where am I closer to myself?”

Because sometimes we stay in a relationship, a job, or a situation only because it gives an illusion of safety, while day by day we lose ourselves more and more.

This rune also shows that not everything needs to be forced right now.

Some things come only when you stop living in constant tension and struggle.

“If you are experiencing pain — observe it, stay with it, and it will pass.”

This is one of the most important messages of this rune.

Do not run away from your emotions.
Do not silence yourself with more activity.
Sit with yourself honestly.
It is possible that life is showing you right now: – where you are crossing your own boundaries
– where you are giving away your energy
– where you are more loyal to others than to yourself
– and where you need to return to your own truth.

Algiz is also a symbol of intuition and spiritual guidance.

When you stop living only from fear — you begin to feel more clearly what is truly right for you.

This week may bring important realizations, endings, or decisions.

But do not make them from panic.

Week Card 18.05 - 24.05 “I Judge My Mother”, “I Am Seen”

What do you judge your mother the most for?
What mistake can you not forgive her for?

Message to Mom: Only today do I truly see you as an ordinary woman. A woman who is simply human and makes mistakes. I accept you as you are, and from today I also allow myself to make mistakes and stop judging myself.

Being seen means having your emotions acknowledged.
Which emotions do you not acknowledge within yourself? Did you feel seen by your parents in your life?

Message to a Parent: I see that you could not truly see me because you yourself could not see yourself. From today on, I see myself and I honor my emotions.

Toxic relationship from the perspective of Systemic Constellations.
She is already gone. And you are still loving the way she did.

Your great-grandmother, maybe your grandmother, lost her husband, or lived with a man she was afraid of, or loved someone who left her — and that wound was never held with tenderness, because back then women did not go to therapy. They clenched their teeth and kept going.

But the pain had to go somewhere. It entered the body. It became silence at the dinner table, hardness in the eyes, a sentence spoken casually: “Never trust a man.”

And you — her granddaughter, her great-granddaughter — enter relationships carrying the same weight in your body and in your heart. Not because you want to, but because you love her so deeply that unconsciously you took it on yourself. As if you were saying: I will carry this instead of you.

This is not your pattern. This is your loyalty. And you can give it back — with all the respect she deserves.

I remember a time when I was in a relationship with my husband, but deep down it felt like we were just living next to each other.

That was many years ago. I carried a lot of loneliness inside me back then. My husband worked at night and then slept during the day. I felt like I was constantly alone.

I kept trying to deal with it, looking for ways to fill that space. I would go out cycling a lot, just to keep myself busy, just to avoid sitting alone with that feeling.
And even when he was physically there, we still couldn’t really be together.

Each of us was doing our own thing. We couldn’t create real closeness.
For me, even touch was difficult. Being held, allowing closeness — it wasn’t easy. And it took years of inner work for me to understand why.

Of course, it wasn’t only me — my husband was also going through his own process. But I knew that if something was this hard for me, I needed to look deeper and understand why it triggered such strong emotions in me.

And I found those answers.
Today, it’s different.
And I can show you this path to closeness — how to change a situation where you feel deeply alone in a relationship, as if you’re the only one in it, while your partner doesn’t even see a problem.

I was able to change this in my own life, and I can guide you through that process.

During the workshop, we will work with exactly these kinds of situations. We will look at them, feel them, and gently release what feels heavy and stuck in your relationships.

Because very often, there are internal alarms, defense mechanisms, fear.

2. Which parent taught you courage? Which parent did not have courage? What decisions of your parents required courage?

3. Which part of you is afraid to face the consequences of courageous decisions? What consequences do you fear the most in life? Imagine that what you fear the most actually happens. What do you feel? Allow yourself to feel these emotions.

SELF-SABOTAGE

This week invites you to look deeper at what is holding you back. It is a moment to be honest with yourself and notice the patterns of self-sabotage that may be working in the background of your decisions, relationships, and actions. Pause with these questions and allow yourself to feel the true answers.

SELF-SABOTAGE
1. What is the worst thing that could happen, that you don’t want to happen, if you solved your problem?

2. What would happen that you don’t feel ready or brave enough to face right now, if you solved your problem?

3. How would people / your family / your loved ones judge you if you solved your problem?

4. What benefits do you get from not solving your problem?

5. What happened the last time you tried to make a change in your life?

6. What negative consequences did you experience after trying to change?

As your birth, so your life.

Have you noticed that you repeat certain patterns in your life?

For example, you postpone decisions… stop right before an important step… or act under intense pressure?
One of the less obvious places where this begins… is your birth.

In the systemic approach, it’s the very first moment when the body “learns life.”
And later, it often follows the same pattern.
Let me explain simply how this can show up in adulthood:
👉 Natural, calm birth
If everything unfolded in its own rhythm, the body remembers: “I can go step by step and reach my goal.”
In adulthood: it’s easier to start and finish what matters, with more patience and trust in the process.

👉 Cesarean section
The body doesn’t go through the phase of effort and “pushing through.”
In adulthood: you may find it harder to stay with something that requires time and persistence—you may withdraw sooner or wait for help.
But also: you’re great at finding simpler solutions and asking for support.

👉 Induced birth
The body experiences pressure: “now, immediately.”
In adulthood: you may live in tension, act under time pressure… or the opposite—delay things because of inner resistance.
It can be hard to find your natural rhythm.
👉 Assisted birth (forceps, vacuum)
An experience of strong pressure and intervention at the very end.

In adulthood: you may move well through a process… but stop right before finishing.
For example, you start something, you’re close to the goal… and suddenly—stop.
The body may associate “the end” with tension or threat.
👉 Breech birth
Entering the world in an unusual way.
In adulthood: you often do things differently, have your own perspective, but may feel misunderstood.
It’s also a strong gift of being yourself.
👉 Premature birth
Arriving too early.
In adulthood: you may rush, act quickly, and find it hard to wait for the right moment.
There’s often a feeling of: “I have to make it in time.”

🌿
And now the most important part…
This doesn’t mean “that’s just how you are.”
It means your body holds a certain imprint.
And when you become aware of it… you can start to act differently.
✨ You can learn to finish what you start
✨ You can step out of pressure and return to your own rhythm
✨ You can feel more calm and trust
