We started this series with Serenity. We’re ending it with Systems.
Because everything we learned about sleep, movement, sunlight, connection... none of it works if we don’t have a way to actually live it out. Every day. Even on the hard days.
That’s what a system is. Not a perfect routine or a rigid schedule. It’s having the pieces in place so that when life gets complicated (and it will), you already know what to do. The path is already laid.
In this blog, Gio walks you step by step through an exercise to build your own system. It doesn’t matter if you already have one and didn’t know it, or if you’re starting from zero. What matters is that you start with something small and connect it to what’s already working in your life.
