I believe in the power of repetition. I also believe that affirmations alone aren’t enough.

When you repeat something like, “Every single cell in my body is happy and well,” your mind begins to notice what doesn’t yet feel aligned.

That’s when the real work begins.

The emotions, beliefs, and old wounds that surface aren’t a sign it’s not working they’re an invitation to heal. Meet them with compassion, process them, and keep going.

Healing isn’t about pretending everything is okay. It’s about lovingly creating space for what needs to be released so you can become who you’re meant to be. 🤍

So grateful for this challenge.
Day 20

Over the past few days, I've noticed a real shift in my life and in my mindset. I've been moving from scarcity into abundance, and from self-criticism into self-love.
Money has shown up in unexpected ways. New opportunities have aligned with what I've been asking for. But more than anything, this gratitude practice has changed the way I see myself.

It's helping me reconnect with my purpose, trust myself more deeply, and recognize that abundance begins within.

Thank you to everyone who's been doing this challenge with me. Here's to continuing to choose gratitude, one day at a time. ✨💛
