What I drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!

Lemon water + Apple Cider Vinegar before coffee to hydrate my organs and stabilize my blood sugar🍋

Adding protein powder to my coffee not only tastes delicious and creamy but it’s easier on my digestive system ☕️
