Did you know your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump?
Unlike your heart, your lymph relies on movement, muscle contraction, breathing, hydration - and the condition of your fascia - to flow properly.
When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can compress superficial lymphatic vessels. The result? Sluggish drainage, fluid retention, puffiness, heaviness, and inflammation.
But when fascia is relaxed and the pathways are open, lymph can move the way it was designed to - supporting detoxification, immune function, recovery, and tissue health.
Lymphatic drainage is not just about "puffiness."
It's about restoring flow at the structural level.
If you're a massage therapist and want to truly understand how fascia and lymph work together and how to apply it in practice - I'm teaching this inside my free masterclass.
