This was the most challenging work of my entire career!
It basically connects a very deep placed daith to the conch twice
But it doesn't stop there
The placement was so limited that we had only space to slide a thin piece of paper in any part of the surrounding of that top connection
Unfortunately the client suffered one accident making it a nightmare to maintain this one connection healthy along with the other 2 connections
It took sometime for him to visit us even more frequently so we could take care of him
And it really helped because at that moment he didn't need to create any interaction during his daily routine because we were in charge of it 🫡
Unfortunately as it started to become better he confessed to us that a few mornings he ended up walking up on top of that piercing, making us have an "eternal" recovery
The lower connection quickly became almost 100 % but the upper unfortunately didn't
Maybe you can see in this picture why the upper connection struggled even more to become better
What about now?
An extremely narrow space was accumulating a lot of moisture + dirty and all the time it moved inside it simply damaged all the progress we were having from day 1. But now it's already much better and I really appreciate all the attention everyone gave to this post.
Unfortunately I had to deal with many ignorant colleagues talking about my work once they haven't even done something like this before and they should've definitely approached in a better way so we could all learn together.
