🔻 The Threshold of Becoming 🔺

An unbearable stretch
Limbs torn from torso like I’m being pulled apart at the seems
The sexual tension between who I’ve been and who I’m becoming
Contraction yearns for me, salivating at the mouth to remind me of what we had when I was more palatable
But this found form beckons unabashed release
Too vast for the container it seeks to fill
The expansion tempts expulsion
This shaping calls for shedding
That remnants of who and what I’ve taken on like second skins become dust in the casket of contentment
And so I ease into the elongation as my joints are ripped from their sockets
And surrender into my skin shredding from tissue
Let me be reformed in the image of who I was before I wore this face,
Remembrance of a magnitude I embodied before masks of my own making
That I may meet any seduction into safe smallness
And laugh with scar tissue still lacing my vision
Reminding its temptation-
I don’t return boundless to the places that broke me.

There is an intimacy in coming to know yourself that stretches and challenges your perception of vulnerability -
The quiet curiosity of getting to know your inner landscape without judging, shaming, or silencing it.
The whispered optimism of wondering if even that part, too, could be worthy of being witnessed.
The trepidatious footsteps toward the spark of soul, uncertain if the roaring heat will burn.

Some fear that staring too long at the void will have only darkness looking back,
But what can be even more frightening for others is that instead of looking inward and finding the face of their darkest shadows, they might, instead find the pureness of their heart. Their divine origins. Their innate worthiness.
And that feels so much more fragile.

There is deep vulnerability in witnessing our soul’s essence because if we saw this clearly, we’d have to stop standing in our own way, playing small, and re-playing the scripts of self criticism constantly.
Witnessing self through the lens of remembrance - who we really are, where we came from, and where we’re going - would require the dismantling of decades of conditioning.

This work is tender,
Yet transformational.

When was the last time you were moved to tears by the beauty of Creation?

So much of our human lives are spent focusing on things that we made up, and that don’t matter. We’ve convinced ourselves that they do and then we become blind to the magic and divine love that is constantly surrounding us. Stress and worries have been manufactured to separate us from who we are. We let a perceived lack of time dictate presence. A perceived sense of lack in general, keep us from living the fullness of our lives.

When we clear the fog from our eyes, the awe and majesty are abundant ~
The rush of clean water
The budding of wildflowers in spring
The wonder of an ancient mountain
The resilience of a tree defying gravity
The joy in a birdsong
The laughter of children
The freedom in dancing with friends
The messages from nature that constantly surround us

Infinite sources of beauty, creation, and love permeate every moment of existence.

You are the Alchemist of your own existence ❤️‍🔥

The process of reclaiming the shadow aspects of yourself and distilling them down, transmuting your pain into purpose - this is where personal growth work becomes self realization.

As we dismantle what no longer serves, we clear the inner lead of its properties - the narratives our wounds hold, the limiting beliefs, the ways we stand in our own way of moving forward.

This deconstruction makes space for empowerment - finding the nugget of gold within our challenges, unlocking our underlying gifts with clarity and strength, and emerging as our best selves.

Supporting inner alchemy work is one of my deepest missions in life - It’s the story of my own work and how I came to be here, sharing my offerings.

And I am SO excited to have cocreated a guided experience to bring you through this process towards wholeness ~

Our souls chose to incarnate in this time to fulfill a purpose.
