Wat is een Men's retreat?

Man zijn betekent dat je familie en omgeving op jou rekent, emotioneel, sociaal en soms ook financieel. Deze dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden kunnen je mentaal en lichamelijk uitputten.

Daarom is het voor iedere man belangrijk om af en toe eens op de pauzeknop te drukken

Een Mannen retreat is dan de ideale ontsnapping uit de ratrace.
