Sometimes people's anxiety around money is connected to earlier family experiences.⁠

Periods of survival.⁠
Financial loss.⁠
Migration.⁠
War.⁠
Divorce.⁠

Unprocessed grief.⁠

You’re not bad with money, it’s just that your nervous system is doing its job.

You can know everything about money and still freeze when you look at your bank balance.

Most money advice speaks to the part of you that reads, plans, understands, or wants to manifest.

However, no one adresses the part that panics when an invoice arrives, or the part that gives too much, or the one that quietly sabotages a good month.

That part isn’t listening to logic. It’s running on an autopilot, protecting you with a strategy it built to belong, to survive. Long before you received your first pay check.

So if you’ve done the mindset work and still find yourself in the same place, please read this twice: you’re not undisciplined, and you’re not behind.

Australia, I’m coming! ✨

This February, I will be bringing Money & Me: From Habit to Choice to Australia for a 3-day systemic constellations workshop at SANA Recovery Center in Victoria.

This is not a workshop about budgeting, or investing, or money management, not even another mindset technique.

It's a deep journey into TRANSFORMATION. Into family stories, loyalties, and beliefs that may still be shaping the way money appears in your life today.

Into the patterns beneath your relationship with money. Into what you learned about having, not having, giving, receiving, deserving and holding.

Over three days, we will work at those deeper layers and create shifts from there.

I want to create the beginning of a movement that continues through new awareness, the choices you make, the money you receive, the money you spend, the opportunities you allow yourself to have, and the way you experience yourself in relation to all of it.

This is for those who are genuinely ready for change.

If your money pattern is a belief, then information helps. Read the book, run the numbers, challenge the thought, and it shifts.⁠

If it's a position — a place you occupy in a family system — then information does nothing at all, because you were never confused. You were standing somewhere.⁠

The sentence that changes something is never an affirmation.⁠

Affirmations are addressed to yourself, and they describe a world you'd like. "I am safe with money." "I receive easily."⁠
⁠
The sentences that move something in a constellation are the opposite. They're addressed to another person, and they describe what actually happened.⁠
⁠
"You lost everything, and I was not able to carry it for you."⁠
⁠
"What you went without, I am allowed to have."⁠
⁠
"This debt is yours. I give it back, with respect."⁠
⁠
Notice the difference. One is a wish. The other is an acknowledgement, spoken to the person it concerns.⁠

Wishes bounce off. Acknowledgements land, because they're true.⁠
⁠
Who would yours be spoken to?

It comes with a particular kind of surprise — not distress, more like recognition arriving from an unexpected direction. They booked to work on pricing, or debt, or a business that keeps stalling. And what surfaces is a grandmother. A sibling nobody mentions. A house lost in a war.⁠

The money problem was real. It just wasn't the subject.⁠

That's the moment the work actually starts, and it almost never looks like people expect.⁠

Wanting is not their problem. The problem is that something in their system has a good reason to keep them where they are, and no amount of wanting can override that reason. ⁠

It's too deep. Too hidden.⁠

So we don't add more want. We go and find the reason. We find what's been keeping you stuck.⁠

A house that went to one child. A business promised and then not given. A will that never read officially with people pretending it never existed.⁠
⁠
What's striking is how long it lasts. Twenty, forty, sixty years later, people who weren't born when it happened are still arranging themselves around it. ⁠
⁠
Someone won't accept help. Someone else can't stop giving. Somebody refuses to make a will of their own.⁠
⁠
Money is rarely the actual subject. It's the language a family uses to say who mattered, who was chosen, who belonged, and who was excluded.⁠
⁠
Which is why an inheritance can break something that money can't repair.⁠
