We talk about eating well, exercising, sleeping enough, taking supplements and keeping the body healthy.
And yes, these things are important.
But after years of working with people and exploring the connection between body, mind and emotions, I keep coming back to another question:
We experience stress, disappointment, fear, anger, grief, frustration and uncertainty.
But many of us have never really learned how to digest these experiences emotionally. We suppress them, avoid them, distract ourselves from them or carry them for years.
And then there is the mind.
Just as we need to take care of our physical hygiene, I believe we need mental hygiene too.
We need to learn how to recognize repetitive negative thoughts, question limiting perspectives and stop feeding our minds with everything that drains us.
But there is an even deeper layer.
Purpose.
Curiosity.
Connection.
Gratitude.
Optimism.
Resilience.
The ability to experience joy.
These aren't just beautiful qualities to have. They shape how we experience our lives.
For me, longevity is therefore not simply about extending lifespan.
It is about creating the conditions for a life that remains ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐, ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ณ๐๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐๐น as the years go by.
I want more years, yes.
But I also want those years to feel like life.
That is the perspective I will explore in my upcoming free webinar,
