Cochiguaz Valley, Elqui, Chile 🇨🇱
Nestled high in the Chilean Andes at 1,800 meters above sea level, Cochiguaz Valley is one of Chile's most pristine beekeeping regions. Surrounded by rugged mountains and native flowering plants, the area's clean air, mineral-rich soils, and unique mountain climate produce honey with exceptional character.
Following more than 300 mm of rainfall, the valley has burst into bloom, providing bees with an abundance of fresh nectar from diverse wildflowers. This rare flowering event creates honey with a rich floral aroma, layered complexity, and a smooth, naturally sweet finish that reflects the landscape it comes from.
At Honey Road, we celebrate extraordinary honeys and the remarkable places that produce them.
