‎3.Reaching out to a counselor Working with a counselor or psychologist to avoid relapse.

‎4.Joining support groups, Coming together with others who have struggled with addiction.
‎
‎5.Getting support from your Family support plays an important role in recovery.
‎
‎6.Finding something meaningful to do, especially self-employment or a profession/career; This helps keep your mind occupied so you don't go back to thinking about your former habits.

Among the testimonies shared is that of HABUMUGISHA J. Baptiste, who used to use drugs and later joined fellow members in ADDG.
‎He has now made progress in livestock farming and agriculture, along with other young people who have taken up trades after quitting drug use and joining the club.
‎These are examples of what is possible, and there is room for others too.
