Breathing felt easier… and I could actually feel the difference while playing 🎾👃🏼

I tried Hawa Plus Nasal Strips during padel, and I also tried the sleep version. In this Reel, I’m sharing my personal experience + what studies say about how nasal strips work.

Such a simple idea, but definitely worth trying 🤍

My personal experience

Have you ever tried nasal strips? Did you feel a difference?

Your competition isn’t them.
It’s your habits.
It’s your discipline.
Your competition is YOU. 🔥

Progress doesn’t always come with a trophy.

But this tournament meant a lot.

✔️ Beat a strong opponent I had lost to before.
✔️ Reached another semifinal in one of the most important ranking tournaments.
✔️ Competed in Category A.
✔️ Moved from #7 to #5 in the Saudi rankings.
✔️ Felt more confident in my game than ever.

One step closer.
The gap is getting smaller.
The work is paying off.

The final isn’t just a dream anymore.
It’s the next goal.

Closer than yesterday. Still hungry for more.

See you soon. 🎾✨

Thank you Saudi Padel Federation (SPF) الاتحاد السعودي للبادل and The Social Club for an amazing tournament and outstanding organization. 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to my coaches for believing in me, pushing me to improve every day, and being a huge part of this journey. Your guidance means everything. 🙏🎾

Grateful to my partner سارة خنكار | Sara Khinkar for sharing this journey with me. We fought for every point, and I’m proud of what we achieved together. On to the next one! 💪🎾

This wasn’t a match.
It was a war.

Point by point.
Serve by serve.
Shot by shot.

2 hours and 20 minutes of pure intensity.

Won the first set in a tie-break 7–5.
Lost the second set 7–5.
Lost the third set 6–4.

Every set decided by details.
Every game earned.

This match unlocked something in me.
Not just physically.
Not just technically.
But mentally.

Second place yes.
But this feels like the beginning of a professional chapter.

To my partner
Thank you for sharing the court with me.
We both fought. We both gave everything we had.

First time playing together and I truly believe we reached the best result possible for two players stepping on court as a team for the first time.

You supported me, pushed me, and I learned a lot from your experience.

More battles and wins ahead, Inshallah.

Respect to Anoud & Yasmin for a strong and professional fight.

Thank you to my coach for always lifting me higher.
And to my husband ♥️ my constant believer and biggest supporter.

This wasn’t the end of a tournament.
It was the start of something bigger.🔥
