تشرفت منظمة نوبيا هيلث باستقبال كل من د. مازن أحمد حسن، المدير الطبي العام لمستشفى وادي حلفا التعليمي، ود. أحمد المصطفى حافظ، المدير الطبي لحوادث مستشفى النساء والتوليد بوادي حلفا، في إطار تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المشترك لدعم القطاع الصحي وتعزيز جودة واستمرارية الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمجتمع.
وخلال الزيارة، تسلّمت منظمة نوبيا هيلث شهادة شكر وتقدير تقديراً لجهودها في دعم مستشفى وادي حلفا التعليمي، وبصفة خاصة لتنفيذ مشروع إعادة تأهيل سكن الأطباء، بما يسهم في تحسين بيئة العمل والظروف المعيشية للكوادر الطبية، ويدعم استقرارها واستمرارية وجودها بالمستشفى، الأمر الذي ينعكس بصورة مباشرة على قدرة المرفق الصحي على تقديم خدمات آمنة ومنتظمة للمجتمع.
كما ناقش الجانبان سبل تعزيز التعاون خلال المرحلة القادمة، واتفقا على التنسيق مع مفوضية العون الإنساني ووزارة الصحة بالولاية الشمالية لوضع وتنفيذ خطط تدريب وبناء قدرات للكوادر الصحية العاملة بمستشفى وادي حلفا التعليمي، بما يعزز كفاءة الكوادر ويرفع من جودة الخدمات الصحية والاستجابة للاحتياجات المتزايدة للمجتمع.
وتؤكد منظمة نوبيا هيلث التزامها بمواصلة العمل بالشراكة مع المؤسسات الصحية والجهات الحكومية والإنسانية ذات الصلة، بما يساهم في تعزيز النظام الصحي المحلي، وبناء قدرات الكوادر، وتحسين بيئة العمل، وضمان استمرارية الخدمات الصحية للسكان في وادي حلفا.
وتأتي هذه الجهود ضمن رؤية المنظمة الرامية إلى تحقيق أثر صحي مستدام من خلال دعم المؤسسات الصحية المحلية والاستثمار في الكوادر والبنية التحتية، بما يضع احتياجات المجتمع في صميم التدخلات والبرامج الصحية
Nubia Health was pleased to welcome Dr Mazin Ahmed Hassan, General Medical Director of Wadi Halfa Teaching Hospital, and Dr Ahmed Al Mustafa Hafez, Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Wadi Halfa Maternity and Obstetrics Hospital, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration and coordination in support of the local health sector and to improve the quality and continuity of health services provided to the community.
During the visit, Nubia Health was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of its efforts to support Wadi Halfa Teaching Hospital, particularly through the implementation of the doctors’ accommodation rehabilitation project. The project aims to improve the working and living conditions of medical personnel, support staff retention and stability, and facilitate their continued presence at the hospital. These efforts directly contribute to the facility’s capacity to provide safe, reliable and uninterrupted health services to the community.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss priorities for further collaboration during the coming period. Both parties agreed to coordinate with the Humanitarian Aid Commission and the Ministry of Health in the Northern State to develop and implement training and capacity-building programmes for health personnel working at Wadi Halfa Teaching Hospital. These initiatives will contribute to strengthening the skills and competencies of health workers, improving the quality of healthcare services, and enhancing the health system’s ability to respond to the growing needs of the community.
Nubia Health reaffirms its commitment to continued collaboration with health institutions, government authorities and relevant humanitarian partners to strengthen the local health system, build the capacity of health personnel, improve working environments, and support the continuity and quality of essential health services for the people of Wadi Halfa.
