4 dl frozen raspberries
2 bananas

💧 Rehydrate Your Cells
Water alone won’t cure dehydration-induced fatigue. Your cells need sodium and potassium to actually absorb that H2O. Try optimizing your cellular hydration with mineral rich foods, and add 1-2 sachets of SALTE for targeted electrolyte support.

On Saturday, we teamed up with to celebrate our two new flavours, Watermelon & Pineapple 🍍🍉 and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon.

5K was run.
Electrolytes were replenished.
Smoothies were enjoyed.
Hydration levels were restored.

The best part? Seeing so many of you come together to run, hang out, and celebrate with us.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up to move, hydrate, and be part of it. Seeing the SALTE community come together like that was really special.
