Offering teaching that is based on the Vedas and guided by a traditional teacher, one who has been living a life of yoga for many years, has practiced all the disciplines and has integrated them into daily life. Encouraging self -development, study, practice, and living according to Universal Values and Vedic values.

Emphasizing knowledge of oneself, the world and God, and understanding what is the purpose of life and the common human goal.

The magic still flows thru. The screen disappears and you’re with yourself, harmonious and free. Guided and held by the words, kissed with contemplations and humour. This is a revival, a revitalizing and refreshment that helps. Online classes do work at least I know the way I teach works online. Starting this Thursday 7-9pm June 18 and continuing to July 30th. One could see as he was seeing, presenting the vision of Oneself as the whole. Tireless, patient and committed to teach this again and again. Swamiji is ever in my heart of hearts…I love him so..🙏🌞

Poems help me to process many things and often as I write the words the resistance resolves, the pain feels better and I can accept what is, how it is and ultimately the infinite order of things, people, places and all we know!
