We often talk about flexibility as if it’s the whole story , the deep backbend, the open hips, the graceful shapes. But the truth is, yoga is never just about how far the body can go. It’s about how well the body can support itself on the way there and on the way back.

Flexibility gives you range, but strength gives you safety.
Flexibility creates space, but strength gives you control.
Flexibility lets you explore, but strength brings you home.

Every soft landing you see in a pose is not just “being flexible.” It’s the quiet work of the core, the legs, the breath, and the mind working together. It’s the ability to lower with trust, hold with patience, and rise with intention.

In yoga, strength isn’t about force — it’s about stability.
And flexibility isn’t about bending — it’s about listening.

When both meet, movement becomes effortless.
When both grow, the practice becomes sustainable.
When both balance, the body feels like a place you can trust.

Sometimes we know exactly what we want,we even know what to do… but somehow we don't do it....??
Not because we’re confused. Not because we’re lazy.
But because the path ahead feels unfamiliar.
Your mind isn’t trying to block you—it’s trying to protect you.
Even from the good things.
Even from the growth you asked for.

So instead of pushing hard, try this:
One soft step.
One tiny action.
Repeated gently, like a whisper to your nervous system:
“I’m safe. I’m allowed to change.”

That’s how the old patterns begin to loosen.
Not with force.
But with quiet proof that you’re becoming someone new.

And she’s ready. 🤍

A simple moment—not extraordinary, yet good to cherish.
So after many years, the old girl from small city stepped out of her shell—reading a Ram Kavita at the Embassy of India in Sweden. Anyone who knew me in school would remember me on stage with a mic, rooted and confident. I never had stage fright. Eventually, stepped away from anchoring, the mic, and the stage ...as life moved in other directions. In that era, choosing career and responsibili over what you liked was the wisest path we knew. No regrets.

This time, my son was watching. Kids quietly push us to reclaim what we once set aside. I wanted him to appreciate our language and our roots.

And so, after decades, on World Hindi Diwas, January 2026, I read a poem by
