The Presidents Lunch: celebrating the leaders who show what's possible.

Our Presidents were treated to a special lunch at Amathus Grill, hosted by Zinzino founders Hilde and Ørjan Sæle and CEO Dag Bergheim Pettersen. A room full of sunshine, flowers, toasts and heartfelt speeches, and just as importantly, full of the people who have built something remarkable in their markets.

Moments like this are what the Ambassador Trip is all about: taking time to celebrate our leaders and the journey that brought them here. 💜

Round two for the Leader Council on Ambassador Trip 2026! 💪

On Saturday our leaders were back in the room with owners Hilde and Ørjan Sæle, CEO Dag Bergheim Pettersen, sales managers and key staff, picking up right where the first session left off. This time the conversation went deeper, from the big 2027 picture to the how: culture, leadership and what it takes to bring the plans to life in every market.

One line from the stage summed it up perfectly: culture is multiplied through leaders. Looking at these images, we would say the room agrees. 💜

An evening under the palms 🌴

Friday night brought our Zinzino leaders together for a garden party dinner at the Amathus Beach Hotel, round tables on the lawn, live music by the sea and a few words from the stage to mark the week.

Good food, great company and a beautiful Limassol backdrop.

Sunrise, sea air and a 5K to start the day 🏃

Our Zinzino leaders laced up for a morning run along the Limassol seafront, led by Dr Colin Robertson, Zinzino's Chief Product Officer and exercise physiologist.

Some ran, some jogged, some chatted their way along the coast, and that was exactly the point. Movement looks different for everyone, and starting the day together set the tone for everything that followed.

Not a bad way to earn breakfast.

Friday was for the water 💙

Our Zinzino leaders set sail on a catamaran tour along the Limassol coast, trading the itinerary for sea air, a swim in the Mediterranean and a long lunch on deck.

Some of the best conversations on this trip did not happen in a meeting room. They happened floating in the blue, sharing a bench in the sunshine and laughing over lunch with good friends.

Moments like these are the reward for the work behind them.

Some evenings you plan, some you just let happen 🇬🇷

Thursday took our Zinzino ambassadors from the local markets to a village fiesta dinner under the trees, and this is where the group really became one.

Traditional Greek dancing with everyone pulled into the circle, games that had the whole courtyard laughing, live music late into the evening and stories shared across every table.

The products may bring this community together, but nights like this are what make it feel like family.

Ambassador Trip 2026 is officially underway! ✨

On Wednesday night we welcomed our Zinzino leaders to a wonderful welcome mingle and dinner by the pool in Limassol, Cyprus. The perfect way to open this year's Ambassador Trip!

The Ambassador Trip is our incentive trip for Ambassadors and above, the global leaders of Zinzino. Over the coming days they'll connect face to face, celebrate their achievements, strategise for the year ahead and, of course, relax and enjoy some fun in the sun together. 💜
