Today I want to share with you "Savory ham, mushroom and spinach frittata recipe".

Servings: 2 pax
Total Time: 13 minutes

Nutrition Information (per serving):
Calories: 150 kcal
Protein: 12g
Carbohydrates: 3g
Fat: 12g

Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
80g chestnut mushrooms (sliced)
50g ham (diced)
80g bag spinach
4 medium Omega-3 eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp grated cheddar

Directions:

1) Preheat the grill to maximum. Warm the oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sautĂŠ for about 2 minutes until they begin to soften. Mix in the ham and spinach, cooking for another minute until the spinach wilts. Season with black pepper and a light pinch of salt.

2) Lower the heat, then pour in the eggs. Let them cook without stirring for around 3 minutes until nearly set. Scatter the cheese on top and place the pan under the grill for about 2 minutes until golden. Serve warm or chilled.

Today I want to share with you "Two-ingredient high-protein jelly cubes recipe".

Servings: 36 cubes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Nutrition Information (per serving):
Calories: 650–700 kcal
Protein: 85–95g
Carbohydrates: 35–45g
Sugars: 25–35g
Fat: 8–12g

Ingredients:
2 × 9g sachets lite raspberry jelly
125ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
900g tub high-protein Greek yoghurt

Directions:

1) Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line with baking paper.

2) Place raspberry jelly and boiling water in a large jug and whisk to dissolve. Add yoghurt and whisk until just combined.

3) Pour into the prepared pan. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set. Cut into squares, to serve.

Recipe Notes:
How to make protein jelly cups?

• To make protein jelly cups, repeat step 1, then pour into 4 × 300ml jars, secure lids, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
