2D1N at the treehouse 🌧️🌿✨

What started with heavy rain upon arrival slowly became one of the most grounding experiences for all of us. The muddy paths, wet clothes, slippery trails… it reminded us that nature doesn’t adjust to our comfort — we learn to coexist with it.

Waking up to the sounds of the rainforest, breathing in the cool morning air, and trekking through Gunung Pulai together felt incredibly healing. The waterfalls, the mist, the silence between the trees… everything was so raw and beautiful. 🌿💧

And finally returning to our rainforest treehouse for our last moments together — laughter, conversations, reflections under the dim warm lights — it felt like time slowed down for a while.

Sometimes the best retreats are not the perfect ones, but the ones that reconnect you back to simplicity, nature, and yourself. 🍃

Ladies, are you facing these symptoms: Heart palpitations, tinnitus, dry eyes?

Feeling incredibly grateful and honoured to be featured in ~ Life section sharing my perimenopause & menopause wellness journey.

What began as a deeply personal experience — navigating unexpected symptoms, emotional shifts, and rediscovering balance through yoga, sound healing and holistic wellness — has now grown into a mission to support other women walking this same path through

Being able to transform my healing journey into a menopause-aware wellness space reminds me that our challenges often become our greatest purpose. Work always seems louder. Deadlines, meetings, and tasks pile up until your own needs slide to the bottom of the list. By the time you look up, the day is already gone.

I tried to change it. I bought planners, joined wellness challenges, and even scheduled breaks into my calendar. I gave time and money, but somehow my needs still ended up last.

The truth is my body never got the care it needed. I felt tired, my back ached, and my mind carried a fog that no checklist could clear.

It wears you down to give so much and still feel empty yourself.

What finally flipped that order for me was starting small with gentle, steady sound.

Even the first time, I felt calmer and more present in my body. After a few tries, it became easier to put my needs first without guilt.

You don’t need gear or big changes. Just a few minutes is enough.

It always seems like the busier the day gets, the faster workouts slide off the list. You tell yourself you’ll make it up tomorrow, but tomorrow comes with its own chaos and movement slips away again.

I tried to fix it. I bought class passes, followed online programs, and set alarms to remind me to move. I spent money and time I didn’t have, yet exercise kept being the first thing to go.

And my body felt it. My back grew stiff from sitting, my energy dipped, and my mood felt flat no matter how much coffee I drank.

It is frustrating to want movement in your life but feel like you can never keep it going.

What finally helped me stick was not another program. It was sitting with gentle, steady sound.

Even the first time, I felt lighter and more present in my body. After a few sessions, moving did not feel like a chore anymore. It felt natural to stretch, to walk, to keep showing up.

You do not need special gear or long hours. Just a few minutes of sound is enough to shift things.

Everywhere you go, there is noise. Conversations, notifications, traffic, even your own thoughts filling the space. You start to wonder if true quiet even exists anymore.

I tried to create calm. I bought noise-canceling headphones, spent hours in coffee shops with soft music, even booked escapes just to get away. I spent money and effort, but the quiet never lasted.

My body still felt tense, my mind kept spinning, and even in silence I could not settle. It felt like peace was something out of reach.

After a while, I grew tired of chasing quiet and never finding it.

What finally worked was simple: sitting with gentle, steady sound.

The very first time, my breathing slowed and the noise inside me softened. After a few tries, I could find calm even when the world around me was busy.
