今天很幸運能在這次的旅遊中當上志工協助視障朋友們上瑜伽課

給予的當下
我也在學習
在教導視障人士的角度下
老師給的口令就會是簡單而精準

雖然身體上有某部分的瑕疵
但看著大家專注的當下
根本看不見和普通人有什麼不一樣
因為大家都很專注的在學習和照顧自己的身體❤️

還是只覺得瘦的體型才能做瑜伽?

其實網絡上的照片都只是最終的一個“瑜伽體式”
在到達這最終的過程中,是需要不一樣的體式去活化身體經脈和肌肉, 而在這過程中,就是在做瑜伽了

練習瑜伽的過程中
就是和身體對話的過程
是個讓你探索自己的空間
呼吸讓你專注於當下
