This is a very meaningful moment for me.

Reiki Light is more than a book. It is a collection of real stories from 13 authors, sharing our healing journeys, courage, and transformation through Reiki.

I’m deeply grateful that one of these stories is mine.

May this book bring light, hope, and inspiration to everyone who is walking their own healing path.

Over the weekend, we completed another beautiful Reiki 3 training journey.

Heartfelt congratulations to the 2 students who completed their Reiki 3 training and graduated as Reiki Masters.

This is not only the completion of a level, but also the beginning of a deeper journey, a journey of self-mastery, healing, service, and returning to the heart.

I’m also deeply grateful to the 4 students who came back for refresher practice. Thank you for your presence, trust, and willingness to continue learning together.

Every class, every practice, and every sharing reminds me that Reiki is not just about techniques or attunements. It is a path of love, awareness, humility, and inner growth.

Thank you everyone for making this weekend so warm, sincere, and meaningful.

Together, we learn.
Together, we heal.
Together, we grow.

上个周末，我们一起完成了一段非常美好的 Reiki 3 灵气学习旅程。

真心恭喜 2 位同学完成 Reiki 3 的训练，正式毕业成为 Reiki Master。

这不只是一个级别的完成，也是一段更深层旅程的开始，是关于自我修炼、疗愈、服务，以及回到内心的旅程。

也非常感恩 4 位同学回来复训。谢谢你们的信任、陪伴，也谢谢你们愿意继续回来一起练习、一起学习、一起成长。

我们修炼的是慈悲心，而不是圣母心。

慈悲，不是没有底线地包容一切伤害。
慈悲，也不是为了证明自己善良，而不断委屈自己、牺牲自己、拯救别人。

真正的慈悲，是有智慧的爱。
它懂得理解，也懂得界限。
它愿意祝福别人，也不会允许自己被消耗。
它可以温柔，但不软弱。
它可以原谅，但不纵容。
它可以看见别人的苦，也不会把别人的因果扛在自己身上。

修行不是让我们变成一个谁都可以伤害的人，
而是让我们在清醒中保持善良，
在有界限中继续慈悲。

慈悲心，是智慧的光。
圣母心，很多时候只是没有边界的消耗。

We cultivate compassion, not a savior complex.

True compassion is not about endlessly saving, fixing, or sacrificing yourself for others.
It is love guided by wisdom, kindness protected by boundaries, and forgiveness without self-abandonment.

To be compassionate does not mean allowing yourself to be drained or hurt again and again.
It means you can understand someone’s pain, without carrying their karma for them.

Compassion is wisdom in the heart.
A savior complex is kindness without boundaries.

Congratulations to our Reiki 2 student for completing the training over the weekend 💖

It was truly beautiful to witness your dedication, openness, and willingness to go deeper into your Reiki journey.

I’m also deeply grateful to our 4 Reiki students who came back as refreshers, bringing their presence, practice, and loving energy into the class. Your participation supported the learning space so beautifully, and your energy became part of the healing field for everyone.

At Heart Consciousness, all Reiki students are always welcome to come back for free refresher classes. Reiki is not something we learn once and leave behind. It is a path of continuous practice, refinement, healing, and wisdom.

Every time we return to the practice, we understand the teachings at a deeper level. We also get to refresh the foundation, stay updated with the latest syllabus, reconnect with the Reiki energy, and continue walking our healing journey with more awareness and compassion.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart.

May we continue to practice Reiki not only as a healing technique, but as a way to cultivate wisdom, kindness, humility, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

Happy Mother’s Day 🌷

A mother’s love is often the first place where we learn what care feels like.

It may not always be perfect.
It may not always be expressed in the way we hope.
But behind many mothers, there is often a quiet strength, a silent sacrifice, and a love that has carried us in ways we only understand later in life.

Today, may we honor the mothers who gave, protected, worried, waited, and loved in their own way.

May every mother feel seen.
May every mother feel appreciated.
May every mother receive the tenderness she has given to others.
