This session combines gentle yoga and heartfulness meditation to help release physical tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and nurturing space. Whether you are someone active in fitness or simply looking for a moment to slow down from the demands of daily life, this experience is created to be accessible and welcoming for all levels.

Together with the support of the FLO2FIT yoga mat experience, participants can enjoy a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared environment that supports both active movement and quiet stillness. The yoga mat is designed to enhance comfort, stability, and relaxation throughout both the yoga and meditation practices, allowing you to fully arrive, breathe, and be present.

We are glad to continue our 4th round of "The Spiritual Sofa" on the first Saturday of March, 7th, from timing 6.30pm-9pm for the new starting of the Lunar Year!

Reviewing our previous rounds, we reflected a deeper need to share the space in a deeper understanding of the awakening journey. We have been blessed with participants from different human backgrounds in the past few rounds and would love to continue to welcome individuals from different backgrounds to join us as common humanity.
•
There is no preaching of practices but a genuine sharing from human experiences on the journey. We are looking forward to see you!
