Consistency is an important skill to have. It can help you form good habits and also to quit bad ones. That means consistency is an important factor in success and failure. There’ll be bad days, days we make mistakes or deviate from our goals. But it is our behaviour & attitude over a reasonable period of time that matter. It’s the getting back on track consistently after each failure that we can make progress and move towards our goals. We are what we consistently do!

I find the sleeping 7 hours one challenging. And that's what I have to work on by going to bed by 12am nightly and I’ll hit the goal.
