Is Chrysanthemum tea your go to drink? But not all chrysanthemum tea is made equal! Freshly brewed tea is the best way to go ⭐️

There are different types of Chrysanthemums, such as 杭菊 (Hang Ju) and 胎菊 (Tai Ju) all of which can benefit your body differently!

And of course, you can reach for your favourite bottled drink, but do remember to have it in moderation as it’s more sugary!

Love ordering barley water at coffee shops because it’s ‘healthier’? 🤔

Most barley drinks are lightly flavoured water, sometimes with added sugar. While refreshing, they’re not the same as medicinal herbs used in TCM Yi Yi Ren 薏苡仁.

Drink it if you enjoy it, just don’t rely on it for health benefits!
