Hi Gorgeous..
I baked these Halal Mooncakes for this year Mid Autumn Festival.
Filled with the traditional flavours of white lotus paste and red bean paste, with reduced sugar content. To add more luxury to these beautiful mooncakes, I added salted egg yolks.
I'm having mine with a cup of hot green tea. Yummm.. 😘
